We’ll determine an offer amount after all the information about your property has been reviewed. You’ll be contacted by your preferred method of contact as stated on the offer form.
If we reach an agreement on the price and terms of the purchase, we’ll send you an electronic agreement for you to review and sign.
After the agreement is signed, we’ll send over a binder deposit to the title company. This is when we complete any needed inspections, surveys, and title work.
Once the title work is completed then it’s time to close! The title company will be in contact with you and will schedule a time for the final paperwork to be completed and your funds will be sent!

The value of your property is determined by a number of factors, including the county tax assessed land value, recent sales in the area, and what development plans we would have for the property. All of this is taken into consideration when providing an offer on your property.
Properties typically close between 30 – 45 days. This allows us to complete our surveys, property inspections, and title work to complete the purchase. Additional time may be needed if your property has a lot of acreage and if we need to submit a re-zoning application for the intended use of the land.
We will cover 100% of the closing costs.
Since taxes are paid in arrears, you will be responsible for covering the taxes on the property during the period that you owned it for that tax year. If you owe any judgements, mortgages, or liens on the property then you will also be responsible to pay off those amounts either before the closing or from the proceeds at closing.
